As a Second Line Sales Leader you´re going to be Responsible for led the connection between Marketing/Brand strategy and its flawless implementation thru Sales Team contributing to achieve net sales objectives and gaining prescriptions as well volume market share aligned to business unit priorities.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following

  • Inspire Sales Team to achieve business objectives according to GSK values and expectations.
  • Lead the correct implementation of tactics among national territory based on deeply understanding of Marketing/Brand Strategy.
  • Establishment of a strong networking between Marketing and Support Functions ensuring a link between Sales Force team insights and business objectives.
  • Establishment of a strong networking with the main vaccines channels on behalf of GSK to implement commercial strategies.
  • Support Marketing to refine strategy and tactics based on data and field insights.
  • Identified business opportunities and synergies (private & institutional channels) based on data and field insights with actively participation in Brand Team sessions.
  • Develop, implement and track a strong plan to generate demand across channels – across all Franchises
  • Strong internal networking with other business units to ensure alignment in execution.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Business/Marketing or related Degree.
  • 10 years of experience in Sales Force position (Preferred: District Manager or equivalent).
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Marketing Position (Product Manager / Marketing Manager) - Preferred
  • Experience on Institutional Channel
  • English fluently, spoken and written
