Software refreshes including OS, applications
Monitoring and Incident Management
Monitor OS for alarms, alerts and trending
Respond to incidents, alerts and notifications
Implement corrective actions break fix
Implement suggest preventative maintenance
Perform root cause analysis on top recurring issues
Provide issue tracking and resolution communication
Perform the following
OS patching and or bug fixes
OS upgrades and migrations if needed
OS refresh cloning cleansing
OS install and maintenance
OS configuration and validation
Assist and work in a coordinated fashion with Application and Database, Security teams.
