DirecciónAs a Performance Senior Specialist you will be responsible of profitability of sales channels (wholesale and retail) and efficient and solvent dealer network. In addition also you wukk ensuring compliance with the qualitative and quantitative results of dealers and importers and communicating the results to the suitable boards.
Resonsibilities.
Coordinate, support and enable the retail organization to reach targets in profitability and segment leadership.
Focus on short to midterm development of structures, profitability and systems.
Coordinate & support the Performance Management team.
Responsible of the MX & IM qualitative and quantitative bonus systems design and monthly/quarterly calculation.
Develop and implement KPI cockpit system regarding financial analysis and sales performance (Strengthening Retail) including target agreement with Area Mangers in SR Review Board.
Dealers & Importers contract management including new contracts and renewal actions.
Follow up on Dealers and Importers financial statements, reporting quarterly financial situation of each market.
Support on new Dealers and Importers Candidate Selection.
Development and implementation of dealer BSC.
Steering and consulting of dealership regarding financial analysis and performance.
Manage and monitor the dealer´s network financial performance with high emphasis on risk management.
Qualifications and experience.
Bachelor's degree on Administration, Business, Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in automotive industry.
Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics).
Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
Fluent in English language.
