As a Preemptive and Administrative Collection Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for collection activities with the agencies and managing relationship with vendors to drive their performance and ensure the quality, revenue and KPI targets achievement. Responsibilities. Develop and manage Preemptive and Administrative Collection strategy. Define and assign monthly targets for internal/external collection according with the Strategy of BMW Financial Services. Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end performance reporting, sharing results with impacted parties and balanced scorecard updates. Provide visibility to performance KPIs in monthly department and Credit Risk meetings. Responsible to follow-up on internal/external audit findings. Implementation of the local adaption of Group policies, guidelines, instructions & procedures. Continuously share information about regulatory changes affecting the collection and repossession space. Implementation of compliance/legal changes with collection impact. Monitor internal/external customer complaints and share trending patterns. Segment collection´s portfolio and provide analysis on customer portfolio related with their payment behavior. Provide statistical information in relation with collections portfolio. Qualifications and experience. Bachelor's degree on Finance, Statics, Business or related field. 2+ years of experience in financial services industry. Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics). Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel). Fluent in English language.
