Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experienced in performance marketing/ROI driven media strategies.
  • Experience in establishing and managing joint business plans.
  • Knowledge of Mobile App Development on iOS or Android.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy. Understanding of the industry's issues, an outlook for growth, and a commitment to advance strategies within the marketplace.
  • Understanding of app and mobile marketing ecosystem.
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives at scale.

The AMER App Leads (AALs) are a dedicated sales team within the Large Customer Sales (LCS) group engaging with customers across the Americas to develop, grow, and evolve their mobile app strategies.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will provide App strategy solutions across accounts within the Spanish speaking countries in the LATAM Region. As a mobile product expert, you deepen partner relationships through successful engagements, multi-product integrations, and provide day-to-day support in mobile products such as App Campaigns, Google Analytics, and other Google App products.

You will partner with key internal and external stakeholders to define account level App strategies as a vehicle to achieve clients’ business objectives. You will lead and own complex pre-sale, sale, closing and execution engagements and take responsibility for advancing customers' feature and product adoption of Google App Campaign offerings.

This is a client-facing role that requires interactions in Spanish with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Google's App solutions within key accounts, ensuring business growth.
  • Collaborate across teams to understand client needs, deliver tailored app strategies, and build strategic C-level relationships with clients and agencies to guide long-term marketing plans.
  • Lead new app features and products, guiding clients through upgrades and migrations for long-term success.
  • Lead implementation efforts for About Web to App Connect and Google Analytics across client base.
  • Analyze data and craft narratives to showcase the value of Google products in solving business challenges.
