About Kueski

Kueski is one of the largest buy now, pay later (BNPL) and online consumer lending companies in Mexico, providing financial services to consumers and connecting the Mexican economy through its innovative product ecosystem. This ecosystem consists of Kueski Pay, the company's BNPL product available online and in-store, and Kueski Cash, its personal loans product. Purpose

The purpose of this role is to manage and grow our enterprise accounts. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders for our enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our enterprise accounts and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Understand the unique business needs and challenges of your assigned accounts, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and other sales team members to ensure a unified approach in addressing customer needs and delivering value-added solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including setting goals, forecasting revenue, and tracking key performance metrics to drive growth and achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular business reviews with your accounts to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and align strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for optimizing our approach and maintaining a competitive edge
  • Champion customer advocacy within the organization and act as a voice of the customer, effectively communicating their feedback, requirements, and expectations
  • Become a domain and industry expert for Kueski as well as for your accounts, understanding the business models and mutual benefits of Kueski and our enterprise partners/accounts

Position Requirements (Experience & Competencies)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in enterprise account management, preferably with a focus on accounts with e-commerce and retail, strong knowledge of the e-commerce industry
  • Experience in working at a fast-paced technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders; high proficiency for the creation of visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for top executives
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and develop effective account plans; detailed understanding of client business strategy, drivers, goals and initiatives and translating these into company selling opportunities
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Highly analytical with a data driven mindset
  • Demonstrated excellent networking skills to identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections quickly to drive consensus for deals; drive communications with internal cross functional teams for deal success
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Fintech experience is an advantage

Location

  • This position is fully remote / work from home modality, preferible for candidates based in Mexico City.
