Purpose of the Role

Support deployment of assigned HR processes, ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements. Review HR Operations Effectiveness; execute unit specific performance management framework and initiatives; improve candidate engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance abiding WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys WITH the objective of providing the highest levels of service to internal customers.

Activities:

  • Plan, execute and monitor specific activities as guided by seniors ensure HR service delivery effectiveness.
  • Reviews HR Operations Effectiveness at regular intervals by studying the performance/outcome measures; identifies suboptimal performance and initiates corrective action; evaluate scope for continuous improvement IN ORDER to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness.
  • Defines the disciplinary handling process and provides support for disciplinary cases as required.
  • Oversee and manage complex employee relations
  • Investigate and resolve complex and escalated employee concerns
  • Monitors the employee governance process, intervenes where required IN ORDER to drive employee adherence to code of conduct.
  • Collate data related to HR Processes and Programs by coordinating with different areas. Analyze this data and prepare various status reports/ dashboards for respective processes (Workforce Dashboard, Attrition Dashboard, Business Impact Dashboard, Analytics Reports, Talent Reports, etc.)

Requirements

  • From 3 to 5 total YOE in HR/Employee relations related activities
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English level
  • Highly desired experience in the IT industry
  • Open to work on a hybrid schema (Infosys offices in Monterrey)
