Read on to learn more and apply today for a life-changing career.The PositionAs the Senior Business Analyst - Payroll for GBS Mexico, you will be the vital link between customers, Technical Services/App support, and the development team. Your responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, actively participating in meetings, and serving as a key liaison. Additionally, you will:•    Analyse existing processes, propose improvements, and assist with requirements analysis and design scope.
•    Create test plans, training materials, and system documentation for releases.
•    Manage day-to-day incidents, providing troubleshooting and issue resolution.
•    Deliver end-user support, conduct training sessions, and communicate system changes to stakeholders.Qualifications
•    You hold a University Degree.
•    Experience in HR, payroll and time management processes and systems (Payroll: ADP GV – Global View & ADP WFM - Work Force Management – Hourly solution)
•    Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish. Fluent Level of English will be considered as a plus.About the Department
