Acxiom is looking for a Senior Director, Martech.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the delivery of large and complex strategic advisory service engagements, engaging with management-level individuals across a wide range of industry segments.

• Have a strong understanding of large scale computing solutions. The ideal candidate will have past experience working as a solutions architect or sales engineer or at a previous systems integrator. You will enjoy keeping your existing technical skills honed and developing new ones, so you can make strong contributions to deep architecture discussions. You will regularly take part in deep-dive education and design exercises to create truly innovative solutions built on multiple cloud environments

• Help establish and activate Cloud Consulting services strategy in the US overseeing engagement during the pre-sales motion so that customers have service plans that will enable them to achieve business goals with a variety of partner cloud platforms

• Partner with sales and partner leaders in the region to ensure the Pursuit Lead team engages effectively and seamlessly during the pre-sales motion.

• Drive operational excellence in the region, understanding the pipeline dynamics and analytics to drive action plans to ensure plans are hit.

• Oversee the effective completion of the functions core responsibilities, including agreement qualification, service package/design, delivery strategy and approach, agreement sign-off, and contract completion.

• Build strategies and capabilities to monitor pipeline health and identify indicators of action and changes needed to achieve a healthy pipeline, attach, value, and productivity measures.

• Build and evolve a business technology strategy in Marketing including the strategic roadmap for IT systems, domain specific analytics, and integration landscape.

• Lead engagements defining use cases, strategy roadmaps, business cases and value realization

Qualifications:

15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving IT and Marketing technical engagements, transformation programs, or other initiatives.

4-5 years of experience in other technical roles such as solution architect

3 years experience in Developing and updating cloud templates, standards, and best practices to be used by multiple cloud projects

Deep understanding of partner offerings across GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Azure and Marketing and Data Clouds like Adobe and SalesForce.

Experience supporting enterprise customers in one of the following: Cloud Professional Services, IT consulting, program management.

Demonstrated experience architecting solutions in Marketing.

In-depth practitioner experience and knowledge of strategy consulting, management consulting, and/or functional business consulting

Experience aligning product feature/functionality to client needs in the market, and tailoring services and results to meet those needs

Knowledge of the relevant positioning of Adobe's integrated Digital Experience solution stack in the context of large scale digital business transformation

Executive leadership skills to develop, influence and empower a diverse and international team to deliver results

Demonstrated success leading by influence across a matrixed organization. Driving consensus around shared priorities while leading teams in successful execution

Ambitious, entrepreneurial approach to finding new growth levers for the business, with agility in applying those levers to optimize business performance. Meet or exceed goals including revenue and margin targets

Outstanding executive presence and presentation skills. Ability to inspire and engage both business and technical audiences

Confidence to lead, collaborate, triage and make decisions in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Strong client service orientation. Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with client team members resulting in high client satisfaction

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail

Ability to travel up to 50% #GD17
