5+ years of previous work experience in IT support/helpdesk/other relevant position
Fluency in English (min. B2/C1)
Knowledge of MS Azure, Outlook 365, MS Bitlocker, MS Defender, MS Intune and other related IT and mobile support
Customer oriented approach and professional attitude
Readiness for work in multicultural and international environment
Your Tasks
Providing remote end user support for PCs, Laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
Managing and maintaining Kace and Nexthink systems
Handling client software packaging, OS imaging, client patch management, and client encryption to ensure system security and stability
Administering MS Azure and O365 services to support cloud-based operations
Implementing and managing MS Bitlocker and MS Defender for data protection and IT infrastructure security
Utilizing Powershell scripting for automation and system management tasks
Managing mobile devices, including mobile phones, using MS Intune
Implementing endpoint security measures, including mobile device security, to protect against cyber threats
