You'll be our first talent in Mexico and will help us to put together a talented team that will operate under your leadership, develop impactful nearshore staffing strategies, and drive operational excellence, all while exceeding client expectations.Senior Manager; Mexico Operations is a management position reporting into our Senior Latam Managing Director.Responsibilities:•Leadership & Team Building:oBuild and lead a dynamic team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, both local and globally, continuous learning, and exceptional client service.oRecruit, hire, and develop top talent with deep expertise in Mexican labor laws and best practices for contract/temporary and direct hire placements.oCoach, mentor, and guide recruiters and sales staff on effective sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation strategies tailored to the Mexican market.oProvide ongoing performance feedback and support to empower your team to reach their full potential.•Strategic Execution & Growth:oPartner with Sales to develop and execute comprehensive nearshore staffing strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of the Mexican market, regulations, and talent dynamics.oManage and monitor team and operational KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement successful action plans.oStay ahead of the curve by researching and anticipating trends in the Mexican labor market and recruiting landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies.oLead the evaluation and implementation of best-in-class recruiting tools and technologies to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.oOversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management, ensuring operational profitability and alignment with organizational goals.•Active Recruitment & Client Relationships:oActively, hands-on participation in recruiting efforts, leveraging your expertise and networks to fill critical positions that achieve client satisfaction and drive business growth.oBuild and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across USA-based clients and diverse talent pools in Mexico.oLead sales efforts within the assigned territory, identifying and capturing new client opportunities.oDevelop, motivate, and manage a high-performing recruitment team, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team goals.Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of proven experience in nearshore staffing or a related field, with a strong focus on the Mexican market, is essential.
  • A track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies that yield results is crucial.
  • 5+ years tech recruitment experience within Mexican market.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws, particularly as they pertain to contract/temporary and direct hire placements, employment regulatory and compliance issues is non-negotiable.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams is a cornerstone of this role.
  • Expert knowledge of the Mexican talent market and recruiting landscape is vital for success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and leading effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Experience with recruiting tools and technologies, particularly those geared towards the Mexican market, is a plus.
  • Strong budgeting and financial acumen is desired.
  • Prior experience in establishing and starting a staff augmentation business is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of operational matters
  • Experience working in a matrix environment supported by global stakeholders
  • Ability to interface with clients and consultants.
