Job Description


About the Role The Sr Project Coordinators serves as the connection between the commercial and operations areas, developing high quality survey materials, maintaining study timing, and scheduling systems, performing quality control and coordination between departments to fulfill study requirements. When necessary, Project Coordinators consult on custom and highly complex jobs, troubleshoot study issues, and develop standard processes for new services and tools.

Purpose

  • Ensures that Client and Analyst requests are translated into high quality questionnaires.
  • Ensures that material for fieldwork (questionnaires, programs) is error free and includes all necessary instructions.
  • Ensures that external suppliers are executing projects as requested.
  • Ensures that all requested quotas are met. 
  • Resolve any quote related issues raised by online coordinator.
  • SPOC for CS/Analysts on fielding questions.
  • SPOC for CAPI, Translations, Warehouse, Sample teams, external suppliers on study specifics and questionnaire.
  • Acts as fielding expert in front of the client for complex studies.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules studies in WB.
  • Develops questionnaires starting with content information from analyst.
  • Checks online program.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers if needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on fielding.
  • Coordinate translation.
  • Coordinate offline field work (prepare material for external suppliers, check quote).
  • Coordinate product delivery and troubleshoot issues related to product.
  • Primary ownership for all product placement activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues in field as needed (online and offline).
  • Takes more complex studies (service and country/ method).
  • Mentors junior field managers and helps with training.
  • Actively consults with CS on fielding logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Over 4 years ‘experience as Project Coordinator/Project Manager and has experience in more complex studies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Client consulting.
  • Project Management.
  • Creativity, problem solving and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate to attain alignment across teams.
