Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager and Analyst to oversee infrastructure and construction projects, as well as perform analysis across various areas of schools within our region. The successful candidate will work closely with construction personnel, Heads of School, and the CEO of the region to ensure the successful implementation of projects and initiatives. The role will also involve collaborating with global teams to implement global projects within the region. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for effective communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage infrastructure and construction projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
2. Conduct analysis and evaluation of various areas of schools, such as enrollment trends, financial performance, and educational outcomes.
3. Collaborate with Heads of School and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address challenges.
4. Assist the CEO of the region in implementing global projects and initiatives within the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
5. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
6. Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
7. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with construction personnel, school administrators, and global teams.
8. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in project management and school administration to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the education sector or related industries.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
7. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
8. Ability to travel as needed within the region.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the CEO of the region.
