- Proven previous experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive industry, with a focus on complex assembly processes.
- Advanced proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Deep knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, PPAP, among others.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. A relevant certification is a plus.
