Senior Sales Manager

About the Role

In this opportunity as Corporates Sales and Growth Director, you will:

  • Lead and build a high-performance sales team to address business objectives and targets, meet revenue growth, customers satisfaction.
  • People manager for 7 individual contributors (IC) in sales (direct and indirect sales) and go-to-market roles
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to all types of field sales roles to aggressively meet sales, revenue, retention and organizational objectives
  • Leads creation and execution of strategy to maximize current and future growth of products and solutions
  • Designs and develops strategies to increase market share, and grow short and long term business through management of the segment
  • Create and maintain a very talent and passionate go-to-market team covering México and others Latam Spanish speaking countries;
  • Driver a performance culture and solution selling approach to support our Corporates customers and their Tax, Fiscal, Foreign Trade and Legal areas
  • Ensure that team follow sales policies and do sustainable business, as part of sales execution mindset
  • Build a strong sales culture based on discipline, customer driven, and best sales practices
  • Partner with key stakeholders to meet business goals, and ensure meet sales strategies
  • Create c-level relationship with our corporate customers to support to build long-term partnership.


About You

You're a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluent English.
  • +5 years of experience leading teams in the technology industry or solution providers (Cloud solutions), with a proven solution selling approach and consistent results delivery track record
  • Experience selling solutions: ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc).
  • Experience leading direct sales teams and indirect sales using partners.
  • Experience working in multinational companies.
  • Strong sales execution and methodologic experience and approach.
  • Leader inspirational, lead by example, energetic, work with passion
  • Customer oriented and business driven
  • Connect business objectives to sales strategies and execution
  • Embrace changes as opportunities, open and positive mindset
  • Strategic view, challenge status quo
