SAP Concur is looking for a Senior Security & Technology Consultant (STC) to join our expanding Latin American team. Focused on the technologies utilized to deliver SAP Concur’s services and in addition to demonstrating how SAP Concur protects customer and users’ data, the ideal candidate will speed up the sales process by defining an appropriate approach for integration of Concur with customers’ enterprise architectures (ERP and technical).
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Build knowledge of prospect/client ERP landscape and integration architecture (working with customer’s System Architect and SAP Concur resources)
Assess how SAP Concur projects are best integrated into customer environments, designing, reviewing and recommending technical Integration plans with SAP ERP and other relevant internal systems
Produce tailored architecture/integration specific diagrams of integration approaches
Security
· Present/explain SAP Concur’s Cloud Data Security platform.
· Answer detailed technical security questions from customer’s data security teams.
· Provide feedback on customer data security questionnaires and be responsible for successful client security assessments.
· Address customer security concerns throughout the sales cycle.
Data Privacy and compliance
· Ability to speak confidently to Data Privacy concerns of prospects/clients and SAP Concur approaches to Data Privacy.
· Knowledge of GDPR is a plus.
· Support Concur Legal in negotiations of DPAs (data processing agreements) by answering/discussing technical details relevant for Data Privacy.
· Maintain know-how about other compliance requirements like handling of electronic documents (paperless expense reporting), invoice, receipt management.
Other responsibilities
· Serve as the conduit between the product managers and technology/SC teams/Sales.
· Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all technical discussions with prospects/clients.
· May train customer representatives; may train and/or provide guidance to other SAP Concur employees.
· Work in close relationship with partners in order to extend the value of the Concur solution to fulfil local requirements.
· Support customers events, partners events as requested.
· May complete special projects such as competitive analysis, portal technology, etc.
Experience & Language Requirements
· Three or more years’ experience in business application software and/or financials (Travel & Expense, Payables, General Accounting, Project Accounting).
· Three or more years’ experience in job function related to Cloud business.
· Three or more years’ experience as a technical/security pre-sales functions.
· Fluent Spanish and English Speaker, Portuguese is a plus.
· Ability to pass a background check.

Education
· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience, MSCE or network design certification helpful.
· CISSP, CCSP or similar certification preferred.
· SAP Financial background preferred, Basic knowledge of BAdIs is a plus.
· Knowledge about file transfer protocols (SFTP) and Web Services (RESTful)
