Bachelor Accounting
Tax Specialist
5-6 year experience in relevant position
Multicurrency ERP Knowledge (SAP +)
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Outstanding customer orientation and service focus
Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
Proficiency in English
Individual Accountabilities:
Complex Reporting& Complex Issue investigation and resolution from technical and tax point of view following Corporate and Statutory Guidelines for Mexico
Self Organized
Support Transfer Price reporting submission
Self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization
Business Partner to stakeholders (different departments within the organization)
Tax compliance of 1 Division in Mexico, you are going to give support to Perú, Ecuador & MX.
Cooperation Requirements:
Share knowledge with other within organization and Other Roche worldwide affiliates
Timely and proactive Communication
Lead business interaction with RSS to implement Tax and Transfer price solutions and services for Mexico
Liaison between affiliate, RSS, Corporate Tax, Government Tax, Tax Consultants, Other countries (give support to Perú, Ecuador & MX. )
FGAR & Finco Tax support
IFRS Tax support
ICFR Tax support
Experience:
Tax Policies and Procedures (E2E)
Experience with Perú, Ecuador & MX.
Transfer Price
Operating models issues
Mexican Tax Compliance (support)
Tax compliance & special Projects
Tax Reporting Preparation
Management of internal & external stakeholders to discuss tax matters
KPI’s:
Ensure transfer prices are under arm’s length principle (accurate OM%)
Core Map Compliance
Maintain Operating Models out of risk
Tax Projects Timeline Adherence
