Senior Technical Product Owner

Gorilla Logic is looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner with 5 or more years of experience to work as a member of an Agile team responsible for defining user stories, prioritizing backlog, lead backlog refinements and release cycles to enable the vision and value our clients want to create. Our environment will require you to work effectively with your teammates, of course. But your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination.

Responsibilities

*Take the lead of Agile/Scrum teams as the Product Owner.

*Provide backlog management, iteration planning and detailed user stories.

*Collaborate with product management, business owners and other key stakeholders.

*Preparation, hosting, and ownership of backlog refinements.

*Responsible to prioritize and accept user stories.

*Excellent leadership and communications skills required.

*Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Technical Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

*5+ years of Agile Product Owner experience.

*Demonstrated experience with bringing multiple products to market.

*Experience participating in planning, product release cycles and feature definition.

*Experience providing product direction for web and/or mobile applications.

*Experience with demos, vision, roadmap, value stream and project ROI.

*Experience with prioritizing features, demos, enablers, and value streams.

*Experience working with design teams and client business analyst.

*Experience translating business requirements into user stories for development.

*Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience working with technical teams.

*Experience with Agile management tools like JIRA, Azure, or Trello.

*Conversational English Level.

*SAFe PO/PM Certification.
