You are in charge of definition and control of adequate inventory level of materials in order to fulfill Production / Operations / Installation requirements while minimizing cash immobilization.
Main Responsibilities
- Calculate ABC Classification
- Manage his Supplier's portfolio (Internal and/or External suppliers) for ensuring goods delivery at right time, quantity and place based on Alstom needs.
- Organize and maintain regular reviews with Suppliers in order to check the status of deliveries and their delivery performances
- Express delivery needs to suppliers and contribute to governance of the Supplier's delivery performances.
- Analyze and share deliveries performances KPI's with different stakeholders (Internal & External)
- Manage Material Availability (missing parts)
- Manage Material Scheduling activities at project /product initialization and Change
- Manage Stock Policy and Size Inventory Levels
- Manage Material Scheduling activities at project /product closure
- Define & Control Buy Material Master Data
- Manage Excess Stock
- Manage Stock Policy and Size Inventory Levels
- Calculate and Update Forecasts ( hedge, cost incurred, …..)
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure the contractual agreements are reflected in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
- Manage and follow up of the purchases requests until we have the final PO approved by the supplier
- Ensure non-conformities replacement through NCR process
Mandatory:
- Minimum 5 years in similar position
- Experience and use of ERP SAP
- Valuable experience in companies of same sector/activity or related.
