Primary responsibility is ensuring efficient operation of various machines and processes in Surface Mount Technology (Screen Printer Yamaha, SPI Pemtrom, Pick & Place FUJI NXT, AIMEX IIS & III, Heller Ovens , KH-Young, X-Ray) AIMEX -NXT Programming (Flexa -Nexim ) software Debugg M-Edit AIMEX -NXT Machines Maintenance AIMEX -NXT (TPM) Design stencil using GC-Prevue Create SMT Profiles using Molex and Kick and solder paste processes SMT Capacity studies based on cicle time and placements Cycle time reduction through the optimization of new setups. Design of programs in the different types of platforms with a focus on manufacturing processes. Manage the resources of manufacturing systems.
Plan and improve production methods. Manage technological development projects. Manage quality systems in processes.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machine assigned to the production lines of SMT Meet with the guidelines and regulations of Environmental Health & Safety. How you will do it? Maintain optimum machine and tools assigned to line SMT.
Coordinate personnel under his charge to establish the activities. Establish and make corrective and preventive maintenance on SMT equipment. Establish the optimal levels of spare parts for machine.
Provide training to technicians about the proper functioning of the machine, settings on model changes, critical areas maintenance, and the equipment and machine operation. Coordinates with the immediate supervisor the new machine and / or equipment implementation. Analyzes the current operation and proposes new options to optimize time cycle and costs.
Check with the support team the rejects and audit reports to generate ideas and corrective actions to prevent recurrence. And other functions as the immediate supervisor is assigned. EHS Committee Participation Carry out new programs on the different pick up placement platforms Check the balance and capacity of the line by moving programs in the different lines.
Carry out new setup to improve the cycle time in the SMT equipment Carry out and monitor temperature profiles in the ovens of the lines Participate in the review of the system. Carry out and train your staff in procedures, work instruction, ODS, visual support, PFMA, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Participate in Training programming system. Identify training needs in safety , health and environment .
Follow-up and review procedures and instructions Attend trainings to learn about Lean & Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies as required by function and/or position What we look for? Education: Electronics, Mechatronics Engineer, must have at least 3-5 years of experience.
Knowledge: On placement machines Fuji, ASM,Oven: Oven Heller ,Printer Yamaha,SPI Pemtron, AOI KH Young, and equipment installation, maintenance programs implementation , OEE and TPM Skills: Manage personnel and management skills. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SMT
Areas . The experience may have been gained in Reynosa, Johnson Controls or another company. Language: 50-100% Basic software packages.
Excel , power point , word , Solid works , GC-Prevuew Communication Skills: Production and quality who coordinates the development and implementation of improvements to processes and products. Suppliers, who coordinates to establish requirements on the parts they supply.
