It will involve actively engaging with our audience, tracking key metrics, and staying updated on platform trends. Additionally, it will collaborate with other departments and partners, ensuring brand consistency across channels and alignment with business goals. A successful Social Media Coordinator will Define and implement the Social Media strategy. Develop a Social Media calendar and optimize as needed to achieve defined KPIs. Create engaging and relevant content in multiple formats tailored for the target audience of each Social Media platform. Manage community engagement by actively interacting with our followers and addressing their inquiries and needs. Provide the business with Key Performance Indicators KPIs for the Social Media strategy. Manage collaborations, and partnerships with other brands, influencers, and partners. Ensure consistency of the brands tone of voice across all social channels. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in our social content and alignment with business goals. A successful Social Media Coordinator will have Bachelors andor masters degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields. Minimum of 3 years experience in Social Media Management roles. Fluent Professional English conversational and written required.
