Job Description


We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our company's presence on various Social Media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our website or other online platforms. The Social Media Manager will also be tasked with analyzing Social Media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Social Media strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for Social Media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Manage and maintain the company's Social Media profiles and presence, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Reviews, Yelp.
  • Monitor Social Media channels for trending topics, news, and relevant discussions, and leverage opportunities for engagement.
  • Interact with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to coordinate Social Media campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct regular analysis of Social Media metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and recommend strategies to keep the company's Social Media presence innovative and competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and platform policies in all Social Media communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing successful Social Media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise content for various Social Media channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse audiences in a professional manner.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Social Media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for Social Media content and campaigns.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.
  • Prior experience in managing Social Media accounts for a brand or organization in the relevant industry is preferred.
