Este rol es responsable de brindar soporte especializado para la contratación y abastecimiento de servicios de terceros para operaciones de administración de instalaciones. El candidato debe estar familiarizado con conceptos y procedimientos generales relacionados con la gestión de adquisiciones y contratos.
¿ Cuál es tu día a día?
Realizar actividades relacionadas con el proceso de contratación y adquisiciones según las indicaciones del Gerente de Abastecimiento Estratégico.
Realice un seguimiento de los contratos y la información de precios trabajando en conjunto con asistentes administrativos y administradores de instalaciones ubicados en múltiples sitios.
Ayude al equipo de abastecimiento durante la Solicitud de propuesta (RFP) investigando información sobre proveedores, contratos actuales, precios, gastos de referencia y otra información relevante.
Coordinar la preparación del paquete RFP, entrega a proveedores, recopilación y resumen de datos de propuestas.
Compile el paquete del contrato de acuerdo con la lista de verificación del contrato y asegúrese de que todos los elementos estén en orden. Presentar paquete de contrato para su aprobación.
Elaborar informes mensuales y trimestrales sobre contratos, gastos y ahorros.
Velar por el cumplimiento de los contratos según las políticas corporativas.
Garantizar la precisión y calidad de los datos en la base de datos de proveedores.
Recopila información de todos los países que componen la cuenta y genera el informe Contract Tracker.
Actualizar el rastreador de contratos semanalmente.
Negociación de contratos con proveedores y legales.
Alcanzar el 100% de los COI's y mantenerlos vigentes durante el ejercicio.
Lograr el 95% de Contratos Firmados y mantenerlo constante durante el ejercicio.
Búsqueda, evaluación, registro de proveedores de servicios Hard y Soft en plataformas JLL.
Actualizar los archivos de los proveedores que brindan servicio en la cuenta.
Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas
- Licenciatura concluida.
- Deseable Diplomados en Compras, curso de Negociaciones Efectivas
- Mínimo 1 año en Rol similar
- Ingles Intermedio- avanzado (hablado)
- Uso intermedio de Paquetería Office.
- Manejo de plataformas de compras y/o procura.
