The Sr. Advisor plays an important role in establishing a sustainable Payroll department in the BSO. We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, quality, and fun in the everyday life.


Core Responsibilities

To support The LEGO Group with consistent, timely and reliable Payroll processes and ensure efficient payroll maintenance, validation & compliance set up.

Main Challenges:

  • To be part of establishing a payroll department with a great working environment and where quality, learning and performance are keystones for the BSO covering AMERICAS.
  • To form new collaborative relationship with partners and thereby ensure sustainable implementation of the global processes in Payroll.
  • Coping with an exciting and constantly changing environment that includes various ways of working and cultural diversity among partners.
  • Execution of payroll processes for US Company Codes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including: -Weekly and special Payrolls for Avg 4,000 employees.
  • Design business rules and perform testing collaborating with the Development Team and Payroll Vendor ensuring proper system functions.
  • Experience across multiple projects' planning, managing the execution and delivery of all phases and testing.
  • Building functional process to increase controls and ensure quality in Payroll Process.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountability or Administration.
  • +5 years of relevant working experience in Payroll, Labor Relations, HR.
  • Experience with ADP, Workday, KRONOS.
  • Strong experience US Payroll.
  • Advance Excel skills.

  • Personal drive and initiative, excellent collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with assigned business areas or other key partners.
