The role

The Sr Agile Coach helps leaders and teams to understand the agile WOW, providing guidance and support into agile mindset and practices adoption.

What you’ll do

• Foster a transparency environment and effective communication within the team
• Help teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile WoW
• Help teams in the adoption and implementation of KPIs
• Ensure continuous improvement
• Align with agile roadmap strategy and provide insights to adjust transformation efforts
