This role brings deep understanding of the opportunities and issues facing the markets and businesses within North America and acts as the conduit to bring awareness of those needs to the Global product manager and help develop the solutions as part of the product lifecycle.
What you'll do :
- Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain for North American market
- Document and deliver training to end users during deployment of solutions or product releases
- Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications as pertains to market usage
- Support Regional MD Manager in identifying gaps in existing functionalities and areas of improvement
- Support the Global Product Manager in development of the product strategy through regional requirements or enhancements

Minimum Qualifications :
Experience in systems (SAP ERP, SAP RD, Devex or other Label Solutions) in the area of Recipe development as it pertains to product label creation, Specification Management or Label Text Development.
Bonus Points If You :
Experience in SAP Master data
