The Senior Analyst position is part of a team of technical Information Technology specialists that do development work on a variety of manufacturing-related applications specific to the business segment assigned.

Needs to be able to support the manufacturing area in Business Analysis and transfer requirements into Design Specification and ultimately to Software Development within the IT Manufacturing Delivery portfolio of applications scope.

Able to reach effectiveness in understanding requirements and building a functional design, conduct development in coordination with different teams & collaborators.

Capable to apply blueprints, standards & simplification in Software Development in order to ensure best solutions are in place to serve Operations & ultimately our customers.

This role will report directly to the Manufacturing IT Development Leader.

What you'll be doing

• Work along medium/large size Software Development projects, prove deep technical knowledge, handle complex Software Development problems, own strong knowledge in widely used Software development tools.
• Able to develop, adopt, or adapt technological solutions for Software Development.
• Able to proactively propose solutions in an efficient and prompt manner.
• Provide extensive knowledge of application development best practice and processes together with strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills
• Analyze complex functional specifications & aim for simplifying the Software Development of the requirements.
• Act in active mode in optimization of the Software Development solutions and to identify, evaluate, raise, and control any critical risks in its area.
• Ensure the stability and reliability of systems, leading changes, or adjustments in the best efficient, flexible, dynamic way.
• Support the compliace of Sofwtare environment in the execution of testing and code review
• Other duties may be assigned.

What you'll bring

• Strong knowledge of software development/implementation processes.
• Familiarity with information models and Healthcare industry data standards such as automation and agile architecture
• Experience in gathering input from and communicating ideas to clients and key stakeholders across businesses.
• Ability to get Functional understanding: mapping Process flows & design the specifications to meet the business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build and translate Functional specifications into actionable deliverables.
• Ability to work in a team setting, with a focus on details and quality, working by time constraints and according to plan.
• Ability to understand emerging technology trends and disruptions to enable new and evolving business operating models.
• Ability to work closely with a variety of business and technical collaborators
• Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone, with bias for action and completion.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in appropriate field.
• Manufacturing and Supply Chain IT Operational experience desired
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical analyst/system developer, preferably with 1 or more years as an advanced analyst of such group.
• Knowledge of GxP regulations [e.g., 21 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Part 11, GAMP 5, MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) etc.], Standards, and Industry Best Practices.
• Strong knowledge of the widely used Software Development tools
• Coding skills on Dot NET; C# ; Visual C; HTML; Java will be a plus.
• Database skills (Advanced SQL and Oracle level)
• English language proficiency written and spoken
