The Role: Sr. Analytics Manager
Join a team that is elevating our strategy to drive advanced analytics and visualization tools across the enterprise. As a Senior Analytics Manager, you will collect, process, and interpret data to derive meaningful insights supporting decision-making, improving efficiency, and guiding strategic planning. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop visualization tools, leveraging analytics to transform data into compelling guidance on key trends and issues to drive decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
- As a Sr. Analytics Manager, you will be part of a team that is advancing our strategy to use analytics, AI, and visualization tools across all functions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's data and analytics strategy to maximize impact on revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across functions to identify their key business needs and deliver data, analytics, and AI solutions to solve them.
- Drive the creation of outstanding user experience for delivering data, analytics, and advanced AI solutions.
- Oversee the solution lifecycle to drive its adoption, effectiveness, and tangible monetary impact.
- Utilize analytical and technical skills to translate and analyze business needs into requirements, leading the design and implementation of complex analytics and governance solutions.
- Collaborate with analytics experts, data scientists and data groups to convert business goals into technical product specifications.
- Design and support data models optimized to leverage tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to create analytical solutions.
- Define multigenerational product plans ensuring rapid value generation with a pathway to sustainable competitive advantage.
- Guide and lead team members in developing advanced and end user-oriented dashboards and apps.
- Manage the maintenance and evolution of a portfolio of analytics projects in response to changing user requirements, new capabilities, and technological changes.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for data, AI, and analytics, efficiently delivering results that meet needs with short turnaround times.
- Train users in extracting, interpreting, and applying insights from information products.

You must have:
- Six or more years of relevant experience in Data Visualization (Tableau, PowerBI), Data analysis or related technical activities.
- User experience mindset, driving the design of visualizations and infographics to distill complex information.
- Expert in scripting and querying languages such as Python, SQL, and others
- Understanding of Descriptive Statistics and proficiency in hypothesis testing.
- Understanding of master and transactional data in SAP, SFDC and associated IT technologies.
- Experience in data warehouse tools such as Snowflake, Databricks or similar.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Passion for data, attention for details and its potential to drive business impact.
- Work independently and free from direct oversight.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Understanding of different analytics trends like predictive models and AI/ML.
- Proven mentoring ability to drive results and technical growth in team members and peers.
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI and in the design of user experiences.
- Technical experience in SQL, PL/SQL, T/SQL, NoSQL programming, and database objects.
- End user experience mindset, including the generation of insights to drive visualizations and infographics to distill complex information.
- Experience in technical product or project management with a focus on driving adoption and impact.
- Ability to understand a broad array of technical and business issues, prioritize and assign work, and analyze issues to develop innovative and effective solutions.
- Critical thinking and understanding of business processes, technology, systems, and tools.
- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; a self-starter able to work independently. Demonstrated record of on-time and on-budget project and/or program management execution
