Amazon Mexico team is looking for a customer obsessed, data driven, hands-on, and creative candidate to join our team as a Brand Manager in Video Games category. The brand manager is responsible of leading the relationship with Retail Vendors to drive business growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on amazon.com.mx. Is responsible for setting strategy with vendor on how to drive sales growth while improving sales margin, manage the vendor’s online product portfolio, contribute to customer experience projects and review your business's weekly and monthly performance. Will lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors' C-suite and act as Amazon's main point of contact in the relationship.

Key job responsibilities
This Brand Manager will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key vendors on Amazon.com.mx. Brand managers will use a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations and online marketing, to drive the performance of strategic vendor partners at Amazon.

Brand managers will conceive, create, and analyze a wide range of marketing and site merchandising efforts, to include marketing campaigns, SEO efforts, social media and other channels, to grow categories' traffic, awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon. This role will autonomously negotiate promotional opportunities for vendors and create comprehensive marketing proposals. Strong writing skills are key, as Brand Managers will schedule, produce, update and manage content on Amazon's product detail and category pages, to ensure a high quality customer experience.
In addition to site merchandising and marketing, this role is responsible for inventory management, forecast generation, new product launches, and conducting detailed analysis to identify opportunities to drive the vendor’s business. In essence, Brand Managers act as the general manager and own a vendor’s business on Amazon.

Brand Manager roles are in the General Management career path at Amazon and offer opportunity for greater responsibility and advancement into a variety of roles.

Key job responsibilities

Manage multiples key vendor accounts and Project management activities to: drive selection expansion, ensure inventory, plan pre-sales, negotiate promotions and terms and conditions aiming to grow sales and improve profitability.
Run merchandising activities and strategies for Video Games category to increase traffic and conversion rate.

Mexico City, DIF, MEX

- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- 2+ years of doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce experience
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required
- Fluent in both, English and Spanish
