Primary Purpose of Position:
The role of the T&E and P-Card Coordinator is to execute a sub process within the respective work stream. In completing daily actionable steps, the coordinator role completes various deliverables by accurately entering data, quickly resolving problems, managing documents, communicating with internal/external customers, looking for process improvement opportunities, and being accountable for the seamless execution of a sub process. Coordinators are critical to the successful operation of Global Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centers by serving as a high-performing member of the end-to-end process team.
Essential Functions Common to All:
Ensures accurate, complete, and timely data entry into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other system software
Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks by spotting inconsistencies to produce accurate work
Researches issues, collects data, analyzes information and/or root cause, and finds resolution to discrepancies in a timely manner
Acts as the primary point of contact in the execution of day-to-day tasks including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing analysis
Positively interacts with team members and internal/external customers to provide high-quality outcomes
Promotes the spirit of team work and personal accountabity through strong collaboration, effective communication, and support in additional ad-hoc project work
Takes initiative to identify inefficiencies within processes and advocates for improved efficiency, performance and quality
Adheres to organizational standards, maintains accurate records and documentation, and follows SOPs to ensure adherence to SOX and/or regulatory requirements (where applicable)
Possess a strong work ethic, and leads by example

Position Requirements Common to All:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- BA or equivalent
- Preferred job related experience
- Concur, SAP and/or JDE experience
- Strong skills in organization, multi-tasking, consistent accuracy, customer service, effective communication, analysis, problem solving
- Quick to learn new tasks, develop skills, and adopt change
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Advanced language skills to include fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
