Performs analysis on built material costs to ensure correct tool valuation compared to Bill of Materials & reconciles weekly.
Analyzes Production Order Material Variances & communicates with Operations to resolve issues identified during variance analysis.
Resolve systemic issues related to Finance attributes which prevent transactions from processing.
Completes detailed requirements for monthly / quarterly close processes including Work-in- Progress, Finished Goods, Deferred and Eval Inventory.
Performs Financial Modeling and Analysis to support Gross Margin reporting for finance executives.
Support and work with finance leadership on aged WIP Inventory Reviews & Provides reserve analysis.
Support Balance Sheet Review Meetings with Finance Controllers.
Participates in team discussions for system integration and process improvement initiatives and execution of those projects (UAT Testing).
Works closely with internal auditors to address SOX requirements. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- +5 years of experience in FP&A and accounting processes.
- Expert demonstrated skill set of overall Cost Accounting processes.
- Advance excel and MS Office management.
- English proficiency (+B2).
- Strong oral and written skills.
- Ability to give effective presentations/Storytelling.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders.
- SAP and Tableau experience.
- Python / RPA concepts.
