We are currently looking for an experienced Sr Engineering Supervisor to work on developing and enabling Value on complex products using core mechanical engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Experience on Value Engineering/Component Engg projects.
- Management of cost reduction programs
- Leading multifunctional teams
- People development programs
- Candidate is expected to have good knowledge in mechanical design with the ability to use this knowledge on VE/CE ideation in mechanical packaging design for sensors and gas and flame detectors or similar product lines.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar position
- Design mechanical product and manufacturing processes.
- English Proficiency
- Experience having people in charge.
WE VALUE
- Six Sigma Certification.
- Green Belt certification.
- Program management certification.
- Black Belt certification.
- Experience in Value engineering and component engineering. Knowledge on Value engineering methodologies.
