Requirements:

• Excellent written, verbal and reading communication skills.
• English proficiency - Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a must
• Availability to work on weekends and variable shifts
• Degree (Engineering, Business Management, etc.)

Activities:

• Coordinate daily activities and pending activities list ​​to be passed to the next shift Operators and Drivers of Control Center.
• Verify that communications by Control Center staff, on different transportation and surveillance services, are used according to the given procedures, and through different systems such as: radio frequency and radio satellites.
• Verify that transportation services of Control Center are properly registered and programmed in the services agenda.
• Coordinate and ensure Control Center personnel perform travel trip monitoring   to Caterpillar plants and the escort services to ensure a safe trip.
• Ensure achievement of activities such as information gathering from news, to inform Management, ISE'S and their families.
• Coordinate delivery of the following news reports: Daily News, Internal News and Finance News to inform the Management, ISE’S and their family.
• Elaborate his own monthly report on relevant activities, this report is used on the creation of different monthly reports by the Control Center.
• Prepare summaries of important activities required for the biweekly Security presentations.
• Ensure via internal audits to Control Center operation, that all information such as database of personnel, agencies and other institutions of interest to the department, are kept always updated.
• Responsible for keeping updated Control Center’s emergency response plan.
