Act as a business partner to the factory manager. Lead local factory finance team to optimize financial performance within factory/site. Support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

Your responsibilities
- Contributes to the definition of the strategy for the factory/manufacturing site.
- Serves as the key partner for the relevant factory manager in determining strategy for area of responsibility and developing a global business model, aligning with wider strategy, implementing, and making adjustments in implementation as needed.
- Maintains constant contact with relevant stakeholders regarding financial, market and customer situation and outlook Business planning and forecasting.
- Translates strategy into business plans and establishes measurable targets.
- Oversees the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility.
- Evaluates financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios and recommends actions.
- Monitors progress achieved and provides insight and analysis to support operational decision-making.
- Identifies issues, and advises management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.
- Drives appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency.
Your background
- Bachelor´s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar.
- 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, in Manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge and experience in Cost Accounting, Budget and Forecast.
- Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
- Knowledge in Warehouse Business Intelligence and Power BI is desirable.
- Advanced English level.
- Availability to travel (30% National).
