The Sr. ISC Analytics Specialist is responsible to solve supplychain challenges through data analysis, data visualization, businessintelligence, automation, innovation, and process optimization. Sr. ISCAnalytics Specialist works as an individual contributor, facilitates KPIPerformance monitoring and management across supply chain. Act as a mentor toother junior team members in supply chain analytics.
This role requires experience in analyzing supply chain problemsand business processes, and providing actionable insights via highly efficientdashboards, and data-driven analytics. Works closely with cross functionalsupply chain leads across businesses in translating functional problems intoanalytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
•            Identify, andanalyze supply chain processes, operational measures, cost metrics, keyperformance indicator (KPIs), and other related areas.
•            Translatebusiness requirement / problem statement into analytical solutions.
•            Developuser-friendly data visualization products that drive performance monitoring andKPI management across supply chain.
•            UtilizeAnalytical and Business Intelligence technical expertise to carry out multipleanalytical projects across diffident data platforms & domains.
•            Partner with ourdata engineering and technology groups to optimize necessary data flow andneeded data transformation to achieve high performance visualizationproducts.   
•            Driveanalytics-adoption through connecting with global stakeholders to identifyactionable business opportunities that drive value using our analytical tools.
•            Accountable forworking with global partners in driving supply chain transformation using ourdynamic dashboards/visualization, and data analytics that address operationalhurdles and process automation/optimization
•            Tell a storywith data to our stakeholders and present data in a way that both technical andnon-technical audiences can understand. Express ideas clearly, concisely inunderstandable form, both orally and in writing
•            Utilize datamodeling and simulation to drive supply chain efficiencies and enable changemanagement that drive down costs.
•            Continuallyassess/propose alternative data-driven analytical proposals / models to delivervalue and make recommendation.
•            Attract, coachand mentor junior analysts, leading by example through acting as a technicalindividual contributor.
•            Other duties asassigned

YOU MUST HAVE:
•            Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field
•            3+ years’experience in analytics and advanced visualization using Microsoft Power BI,and Tableau
•            Solid ability tocreate dynamic dashboard taking advantage of aggregations, proper formattingand utilizing different tools
•            Solid ability toquery data from proper sources from named spaces, data marts, and/or normalizedviews, using SQL or Alteryx
•            Solid ability todevelop reporting portals and host multiple web-based dashboards
•            Excellentanalytical skills to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions fromoperational & financial data and present findings in a simple manner
•            3+ years’experience in supply chain operations: planning, procurement, inventorymanagement, fulfillment or logistics
•            Good knowledgeof statistics (e.g. distributions, correlations), Design of Experiments…
•            Due tocontractual requirements, all applicants must be US Citizens or PermanentResidents

WE VALUE:
•            Advanced degreein Data Analytics, or MBA is preferred
•            Supply chaincertifications: CPIM / CSCP/ CPSM / CTL
•            Hands-onexperience in SAP / Oracle / ERP / Snowflake / Data Bricks
•            Understandambiguous issues / scenarios - able to distil learning and simplify
•            Strong financialacumen with the ability to interpret financial data
•            Innovative,creative, and proactive
•            Maintain a highsense of ownership, and able to work with a direction instead of being taskoriented
•            Stronginfluencing skills, including demonstrated ability to influence and driveresults at all levels of the organization
•            Team Player,open to feedback, and flexible & adaptable to changing needs.
