The Client Solutions and Digital Account Manager is responsible for acting as a liaison between Disney and our agencies and advertisers.

This role will oversee business relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and company growth ensuring client understanding, use and growth of our ad sales ecosystem (360° solution). This position enables sales, through a deep understanding of our products, technologies and solutions.

The Client Solutions and Digital Manager will leverage their in-depth knowledge of the digital advertising & programmatic ecosystem along with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills to provide exceptional client service while identifying post-sale opportunities for account growth. In this role, you will be partnered with a regional Account Executives team who sell media space on TWDC sites in Latin America. And you will be responsible for the digital (.com, social media all content pillars) sales budget in Mexico.

ACCOUNTABLE FOR  

  • Leading communication efforts between internal teams and clients
  • Collaborating closely with teams across Disney to ensure that our clients have comprehensive support and superior client service both pre and post-sale.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting any issues, escalating accordingly, as well as demonstrating knowledge and understanding of our systems, tools, and processes.
  • Gaining familiarity with the AVOD/Streaming/media industry, and stay updated on trends and innovative products to enable sales
  • Creating sales marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and time-sensitive sales
  • Attending trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of digital campaigns
  • Providing updated training and learning to Sales Teams both for technical/platform issues, as well as maximizing the use of the tools to increase sales.
  • Creating use cases for industry/clients integrating best-in-class examples from local and international markets.

EXPERIENCE

  • Technology sales (SAS/B2B) or technology background
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising eco-system, as well as basic understanding Web development highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are also essential, along with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience managing the development of custom advertising products.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business strategy teams.
  • Advanced english level
  • Advanced presentation skills and use of tools (Powerpoint, Canvas, etc)
  • Proficiency in working in all advertising related ad serving and ad management tools, including but not limited to: Google Ad Manager, Operative 1, JIRA, etc.
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to analyze and derive insights from digital advertising campaign data
  • Ability to cultivate sales and client relationships
  • Ability to work chasing deadlines and with several tasks at the same time
