- You will analyze and implement product or machinery designs for the best method for manufacturing processes
- You will propose and evaluate the processes for equipment in assigned area
- Direct the design, development, and/or improvement of manufacturing processes for assigned area
- You will keep regular contact with partners outside the work group
- You will provide direction to small group of technical employees
- You may evaluate or monitor expenditures for processes and/or equipment
-Collaborate cross functionally to develop creative solutions.
-Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership
-Ability to be flexible and at times work extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution.
-Ability to travel to plant locations when required for onsite support of launch and build-out.
-Ability to problem tackle complete issues and implement new and innovative strategies.

On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis

Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering related.
-Required experience in similar position: from 3 to 5 years.
-English Level: Advanced.

Knowledge of general assembly processes, knowledge of manufacturing processes, maintenance
Knowledge of controls area, manufacturing equipment
