Sr Pricing Analyst

Eaton’s Bussmann division is currently seeking a Senior Pricing Contract Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Juarez facility.

Responsible for the control, processing, and approval of Special Price Authorizations (SPAs) requested by sales employees and representatives. The Contract Pricing Analyst is responsible for determining appropriate product pricing strategies using analytical tools, databases, and pricing models. Develops and implements procedures to ensure that the special pricing terms are administered within company guidelines.
Responsible for approval of pricing requests beyond sales discount authority levels.

The Senior Pricing Contract Analyst is responsible for performing Escritura testing on current quoting platforms (CPQ), quoting strategic government projects, as well as assisting with all other quote approvals submitted through our current quoting platforms (CPQ).

In this role, you will:

•Perform Escritura testing for quoting platform (CPQ) enhancements.

•Quote and facilitate government projects.

•Provide pricing files as requested by internal and external stakeholders.

•Assist with quote approvals submitted through current quoting platforms (CPQ)

•Process pricing requests submitted by sales employees and representatives.

•Apply pricing strategies using analytical tools to provide competitive pricing suggestions.

•Approve pricing requests submitted outside the sales teams’ discount authority guidelines.

•Facilitate the flow of requests to ensure all actions are closed and service level expectations are met.

•Research and analyze historical data to provide suggested actions for current and future pricing agreements.

•Resolve and identify issues on customer orders that go on hold due to pricing errors.

•Leverage good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.

•Utilize critical thinking skills to identify complex business solutions and ensure standard work and processes are followed appropriately.

•Develop and maintain reporting tools to better support Industry 4.0 digital solutions.

•Develop general knowledge of Bussmann products.

•Develop general knowledge of market level pricing for Bussmann products

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration / Industrial Engineer, a related field.

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry or similar

•Minimum of 3 years working with SAP preferred but not required

•Bilingual English / Spanish

•Working knowledge of pricing strategies and pricing contracts.

•Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.

•Possesses a high energy level with a sense of urgency.

•Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organizations is essential
