A position has opened up in HoneywellHBT/BMS for an ambitious Materials Planning/Management Professional. You willreport to the Sr. Materials Mgmt manager with the opportunity to develop anddemonstrate your planning skills and play an instrumental role in the successof the company.
As a Materials Planner, you will perform the Materials Planning acrossthe Site/Network for your assigned business or channel. You will support your Sr.Materials Mgmt manager to execute the vision and goals for your Raw Materials / FG Planningfunction.
You will partner with the SBG / CORP COE and SME's to deploy theHoneywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption ofRapidResponse planning tools across your network where required.
You will ensure raw materials replenishment plans align to the networkSupply & Production Plans and achieve maximum customer satisfaction andensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will ensure thenetwork Materials Requirements Plans (MRP) will satisfy the network ConstrainedMaster Production Schedules (MPS). You will work with the master data teams toensure all BOM and master data in the ERP system is correct and up to date. Youwill own the plan for every part (PFEP) analysis and will ensure the correctstock entitlement is reflected in the systems and adhered to. You will partnerwith the Production Planning and Buying leaders to ensure materials aredelivered to the sites/network on time whilst achieving the ISC goals of costcontrol and working capital targets.
You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitionsto ensure the network raw materials replenishment strategy delivers on theproduct portfolio vitality goals. You will partner with the production planningand buying leaders to create and execute your site/network materialsreplenishment plans. You will attend monthly SIOP Supply Review meetings at thesite/network level to approve the site/network material replenishment plans andto present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Businessleadership in the Supply & Reconciliation meetings. You will demonstratehow the site/network Production plans satisfy the site/network supply plans. Job Responsibilities: -Review changes in the Net Demand Requirements / Supply Plan / DRP -Pull In's and Push Out's of Planned & Firm Production orders
-Create Constrained MPS - Master Production Schedule for the site/network
-Create and Review the site Rough Cut Capacity Plans (Cell, Prod Line etc)
-Identify and address capacity constraints
-Create consensus production plan
-Actively resolving issues with demand, capacity constraints and material availability
-Collaborate with Supply & Material planners to resolve issues
-Close involvement with Prod Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/Product Lifecycle
-Active participant in std transition processes
-Supports Inventory/Materials Planner in maintaining accurate planning parameters / material master data
-Review of the Capacity and Constrained Supply plans in the SIOP cycle
-Owning KPI's for supply - OTFP, Past Due, Site Inventory, MPS Load & Schedule Adherence, Unconfirmed SO
-Deputize for the Mgr/Dir/Snr Dir in all SIOP meetings where required

Basic Qualifications:

-SAP knowledge and use
-S&OP Knowledge-
-Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & writtencommunication skills.
-English language preferable
-Excel acknowledgement Desirable Qualifications: 

-Bachelor’sDegree in a related operations management or supply chain management orequivalent
-Experiencein Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials managementor other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area. Six Sigma Lean Expert
-APICS,CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred
-Proficientin Microsoft applications.
-Strongorganizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize,and delegate.
-Abilityto collaborate with both internal and external customers.
-Six Sigma Green Belt min
