Position´s purpose: The Therapy specialist must have a deep knowledge of the product and therapy, a strong attitude and aptitude for teamwork, commercial skills and implementation of strategies for the growth of their therapies, be a generator of relationships with the healthcare ecosystem, and increase the number of doctors certified in the products that make up the therapy they manage, create educational programs to increase the knowledge and skill of therapy users.What are we looking for in you:-English: B2 or above
-3 years of experience in the hemodynamics room.
-Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physician, and Radiologist.
-Availability to travel constantly.

Responsibilities:• Develop training and communication plans for your therapy, focusing on the advantages and value they generate to the different players of the 5PS& 2R health ecosystem and internally.• Continuously measure and improve the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.• Know the cost-benefit, cost-utility, and cost-effectiveness of your therapy with the impact it generates on the ecosystem.• Build close relationships with clients and identify potential KOLs that can support the adoption of your therapy.• Become an expert in diseases and therapy to assist healthcare professionals in selecting patients and referring them for appropriate treatment.• Monitor physician satisfaction and document product feedback.Be the leader of your therapy and its promotion internally and externally through coaching and mentoring.• Maintain high standards in the presentations you make and promote a professional personal and company image.• Work closely with Marketing and collaborate with Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Sales Executives to provide procedural growth to reach more patients and achieve business objectives.• Decision-making based on statistics and dataRequisition ID: 572464As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
