Sr Total Rewards Analyst (6 months)

The Sr Total Rewards Analyst will support the compensation and benefits programs for Mexico. The incumbent will manage vendor relationships for saving plans and Mexico Benefits programs. In addition, will be responsible for supporting employee escalations resolution and continuously looking for efficiencies within the benefit programs.

JOB DUTIES:
 

• Support Mexico benefit programs
• Support the Mexico Savings fund program
• Support HRBP and employee escalation resolution with focus on continuous improvement
• Review/Update or Develop and document processes to eliminate single point failure 
• Establish an audit process for existing SOP's to ensure process changes/updates are captured 
• Process invoices accurately and timely
• Support through any vendor contracting through our benefits broker
• Audit benefit programs to ensure accurate enrollment
• Perform job evaluations, grading, and market pricing
• Support the annual compensation planning process

YOU MUST HAVE:
 

• Preferred 5 years of benefits and/or plan administration experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• 6 Months Project
