Job Title: Stability Manager – Biologics.
Introduction to role:
Join us as a Stability Manager in our Biologics department, where you will be responsible for a commercial product portfolio and ensure compliance with AstraZeneca’s commercial stability obligations. This role offers the opportunity to connect with collaborators and project team members, advising and influencing them around product stability. Accountabilities:
You will ensure compliance with AstraZeneca’s commercial stability obligations through designing, implementation, and maintenance of the Stability Program for biologics products. You'll be owning the generation and maintenance of the Stability Program for assigned products, planning, crafting, and performing multiple simultaneous projects that are sophisticated and technically fast paced. You will act as a subject matter authority for stability program of assigned products and support technology transfers by coordinating with sending units to ensure detailed transfer of stability programs. You will also support regulatory submissions and provide technical support related to Stability.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Effective communication skills (listening, verbal and written in English)
- Accurate and detailed information handling
- Experience and understanding of Biologics products
- Investigation of out of specification, out of trend or atypical results
- Change management
- Regulatory inspection experience (i.e. direct interactions with inspectors)
- Flexibility to work in different time zones
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Educated to degree level in pharmaceutical, analytical, or related subject
- Experience in analytical or pharmaceutical sciences
- Project management experience
- Quality Assurance Experience
