1. Strategic Planning Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define the organization s design strategy and goals. Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. Translate strategic objectives into actionable design initiatives that drive innovation and support business growth. 2. Design Thinking Leadership Champion design thinking principles and methodologies throughout the organization, fostering a culture of creativity, empathy, and collaboration. Lead design workshops, ideation sessions, and brainstorming activities to generate innovative solutions to complex challenges. Facilitate cross functional teams in applying design thinking to problem solving and decision making processes. 3. User Centered Design Advocate for a user centered approach to design, ensuring that the needs and preferences of end users are central to all initiatives. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate concepts. Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. 4. Innovation and Experimentation Drive innovation by exploring new ideas, technologies, and design trends that have the potential to disrupt the market. Experiment with new tools, methodologies, and approaches to design to push the boundaries of what is possible. Encourage a culture of experimentation and learning within the organization, celebrating both successes and failures as opportunities for growth. 5. Collaboration and Communication Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketers, and business leaders. Communicate design strategies, goals, and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from executives to front line employees. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to align design

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Business, Innovation, or related field. 7 years of experience in strategic design, design thinking, or related roles. Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Deep understanding of design principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner. Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
