We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Marketing Campaign Manager to join an important and independent B2B digital marketing agency serving leading technology companies around the globe.
As Field Marketing Campaign Manager, your primary responsibility is to supervise and coordinate and execute corporate programs and events and direct marketing actions, ensuring that the agency provides high quality services and meets client needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand the business goals and marketing objectives of the client's main stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency and develop briefings in a way that ensures that the objectives set are correctly executed.
● Campaign Execution: Articulate with the agencies the planning, briefing and execution of events of Mexico. Ensure that initiatives are properly mirrored in systems (Salesforce and other dashboards). Alignment with global teams: Marketing Activation, Regional Marketing and others needed. Track % follow-up of leads generated after each event and report pipeline and ROI . Understand how to use and operate campaigns and dashboards in Marketo and Salesforce. Involve all necessary teams (sales, engineers, support) to ensure the success and ROI of each of the initiatives. Ensure adequate audience level for each event (company and position). Develop customized actions for certain clients according to commercial need (eg, events inside companies). Design and execute relationship touch-o-meter throughout the year for different audiences within the company's focus: developers, IT / BDM and C-levels. Project Management to support local events.
Develop a correct interface with the agencies in order to ensure the objective of the campaigns and their correct execution.
● Effective Time Management: Identify and prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency, using tools such as to-do lists or task management apps. Develop a daily or weekly plan, allocating specific time blocks for high-priority activities and deadlines. Regularly reassess priorities to adapt to changing circumstances and ensure focus on the most critical tasks.
Correct reporting to the agency of the tasks, demands and times in the projects.
● 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
● Proven experience in marketing and advertising agencies.
● Experience related to the technology industry and experience in global companies/corporations will be taken into account.
● Strong and proven program management skills and experience, including coordinating agencies and engaging with a highly matrixed, cross-functional, global organization.
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
● Preferred location: CDMX, Mexico Must have.
● English Level: Full professional proficiency (Mandatory)
