The Opportunity
Ensure IT, Data, Analytics & People integration, oversee critical business processes deliverables such as capability models and value stream maps.
The Business Architect will work as part of a team to identify, analyze & implement potential solutions across diverse strategic transformation programs to drive business value and create capabilities for the future of PMF. He/She will align with Functional Leadership to help achieve challenging but attainable transformation while reaching performance goals.
In partnership with functions, he/she will help the organization structure and orchestrate lasting improvements & develop new capabilities while you learn to crack tough business problems, communicate solutions, and work in multi-functional teams in collaboration with BT Coordinators & Managers to drive results.
The Business Architect gives support to the execution of Operating Model shifts to generate value within PMF, securing a solid balance between transformation and performance without business disruption and enabling digital capabilities through several programs.
This role will form part of a team who are the driving force in the development and growth of the Digital Transformation Program with a focus on helping to evolve our teams' and organization's digital savviness and maturity.

Your Impact
As Strategy & Transformation Coordinator (PMF) (temp)your responsibilities would consist of:
Accountabilities
Coordinate and support a working by process capability through enabling and connecting PMF of the future Operating Model shifts with a holistic enterprise process management approach aligned to company's vision.
Ensure end to end process performance through process design and execution, guaranteeing the right connections among the different Enterprise Process Architecture components and multifunctional teams. FTE analysis for structure optimization & agility.
Keep track with Process Owners & stakeholders for process updates and continuous improvements in order to achieve higher agility.
In any program, key responsibilities include:
Effective Problem Solving / Strategic Thinking
  • Uses a hypothesis approach to structure ambiguous problems and develop a solution
  • Within a team setting, takes responsibility for a specific workstream
  • Gathers & analyzes information to assess hypotheses
  • Synthesizes clear takeaways & proposes recommendations for the Organization
  • Take interest in the company's planning processes identifying transformational opportunities and ensuring Enterprise Process Model connections and consistency across all processes

  • Works effectively with diverse, multi-functional teams to come up with & implement the best solutions, moving people to act

  • Drives the design of the Business Transformation roadmap for the year, ensuring all the relevant information is consolidated and project interdependencies and risks are mapped correctly.

Accountabilites per Imperative
Project Management / Agile Capabilities
  • Execute the programs performance commitments of the PMF transformation agenda guaranteeing the use of Agile methodologies and tools. Contribute with an end to end approach in every project / program and it's connection with the EPM.
  • Comply with the Process Management, by coordinating the steps in the project life cycle.
  • Support projects by facilitating a comprehensive project planning, coordinate the design and strategy definition; ensure a successful deployment of the project/program. Ensure control & monitoring during the hold project.
  • Promote the participation and effective communication of all the involved functional teams.
  • Guarantee plans and action to minimize risk.
  • Keep project stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure the project time, resources and results develop as planned, focus on horizontal projects.

Program and Project Management
  • Support the connections and consistency across all Enterprise Process Model (EPM) all processes to enable consumer and customer requirements, aligned to the company's vision enabling our way to play.
  • Undertake systems, data & analytics for process analysis, process design and modelling.
  • Define process kpi's for accurate business process measurement.
  • Define, measure, analyze and review business processes to identify process gaps and to enable development of improvement strategies.
  • Develop supporting material and provide input on training for operational and support processes.
  • Develop, maintain and distribute business process documentation to stakeholders.
  • Serve as team representative at designated meetings and respond to questions/tasks related to business process management/modeling
  • Support Business Process methodology usage, ensuring its compliance and a FASTER, LEANER AND BETTER process design and execution.
  • Support an integral transformation methodology through, a holistic approach, connecting and collaborating with: Project management, Organizational architecture, Information systems and Change management. Apply a holistic process approach ensuring the compliance and interconnection of the integral transformation methodology.
  • Commit with process continuous improvement and enable solution for end users, in order to accelerate new capabilities development.
  • Develop relationships with subject matter experts within the business to understand end to end processes and ensure effective solutions.
  • Support and help the management of program(s) or project(s) within PMF on a day-to-day basis to guarantee flawless execution: time, budget and scope fulfilment. When playing this role, is responsible for the continuous monitoring of the program and project performance, identification of issues, risks and key decisions that could impact the program or project delivery.

Engagement
  • Give support to organization stakeholders during the transformation journey to facilitate change adoption, capabilities creation and goals achievement.
  • Support PMF transformation toward managed by process company, through planning and operating projects/programs that challenges the current status quo with world class best practices, trends and foresights.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
  1. Education

Bachelors Degree or equivalent (Required). Ideal majors include Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance,
  1. Experience

  • English and Spanish fluent professional.
  • 3+ yr. experience in Management Consulting, Business Transformation, or relevant role
  • 3+ yr. experience in multi-functional teams in a project setting with results delivery
  • Ideally, 1+ yr. experience in scrum & agile ways of working
  • Ideally, experience in Consumer Products Industry
  • Advanced knowledge in Visio, Power Point, Excel & Word (Aris preferable)
  • Outstanding program/project management skills

  • Demonstrated presentation and communication skills to lead workshops and meetings
  • Familiarity with common business software, project mgmt.. programs, and IT systems
  • Emotional Intelligence management
