This is the opportunity to do so by joining the Procurement department at The LEGO Group!

You will have the opportunity to interact with LEGO Suppliers to ensure the supply of Indirect materials (Parts and machine maintenance) to LOM on time and with the right level of quality agreed with our internal customers and partners. 

Core Responsabilities

  • Support in purchase order management for MRO area: SAP & COUPA reports execution and creation. Report and data analysis and presentation. Follow up with buyers to secure proper purchase order management. Responsible for all purchase order changes required in MRO. Generation of improvement ideas Process documentation.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Education: from 6th semester and above preferably Licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales, Administracion or similar.

  • Solid knowledge of Office tools specially Excel and a plus if any Microsoft Power Platform (like Power BI, Power app, Power automate, etc.)

  • Good at verbal and written communication both in Spanish and English.

  • SAP knowledge and/or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

  • Able to work independently but also energized/thrives in a team environment.
