The Opportunity

This position is part of the North America Beverage organization. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company Control organization by oversight of the FSVteam. The team is responsible for Commission calculations, accruals and payments to the customers for the FS vending equipment at their outlets

Your Impact

As an Cntrl & Rpt Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

  • FSV Team Supervision (2 HC)
  • Partner with FSV Managers to improve FSV processes
  • Lead FSV NCS process automations
  • Review of National Commission System (NCS) to ensure commissions/payment frequency are reasonable
  • Create/review aging report of incomplete contracts
  • Review commission payments schedules each period
  • Review commission rates, mech rates, accruals, payments, trends
  • Complete internal audit of top 500 customers (every 3 years)
  • Control owner of 1 SOX Control, 4 operating controls

Who Are We Looking For? 

Education

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Accountancy / Management / Economics

Experience

  • Experience in accounting 2-3 years
  • Manage big data
  • Advanced English

  • Advanced Excel.
