The Field Sales Team Lead is an entry level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and to assist team in meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase revenue for the bank
- Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citi’s products
- Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products
- Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Experience in financial sales, customer service and management required
- Proficient computer skills
- Proactive leadership and motivational skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Creative problem solving and decision-making skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Visitar y gestionar integralmente la zona asignada, llevando el control de procesos y la implementación de estrategias
Dar seguimiento puntual a los indicadores claves para la detección, retroalimentación y mejora del equipo de trabajo
Trabajar en equipo con lideres de los Socios Comerciales para el establecimiento de estrategias y acciones que logren los objetivos del negocio
Brindar acompañamiento, coaching y retroalimentación a los asesores de venta referente a procesos, política, características y beneficios de los productos ofertados
Asegurar que las estrategias de venta y cobertura se apliquen, administrar los recursos materiales y mantener la rotación en indicadores bajos
Asegurary cumplir con los procesos, políticas, leyes y regulaciones que rigen las prácticas de venta, dirigiéndose conética y estricto apego, así como evaluar riesgos de acuerdo a los lineamientos de la institución
Presencial, Lunes a domingo
Descanso 2 dias entre semana/ rotativo
8 horas diarias
Disponibilidad de viajar a supervisar sus puntos de venta asignados
REQUISITOS:
Deseable 3 a 4 años de experiencia en ventas
Experiencia en ventas de clientes de alto valor
Gestion de equipos de trabajo

ESCOLARIDAD:
Licenciaturas económico administrativo, o experiencia equivalente
