Lo que implica este trabajo : Coordina, supervisa y dirige las tareas de proveedores de mantenimiento
Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Supervisor Soft Services para unirse a nuestro equipo:
Zona de trabajo : Parque Industrial OMA VYNMSA. Av Aeroindustrial Lote 7. Col. Aeropuerto Int Mariano Escobedo, Apodaca Nuevo Leon, 66629
Horario de trabajo : De lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 y sábado de 8:00 a 11:00
Modalidad de trabajo : Presencial
¿Cuál es tu día a día?
- Supervisar los trabajos proveedores de: jardinería, limpieza, mensajería, seguridad, fumigación
- Actividades generales de conservación (pintura, resane, un poco de A/A y eléctrico), son actividades exporadicas
- Personal de Limpieza 4 personas a cargo
- Personal de mensajería. 1 a cargo
- Personal de Seguridad. 1 a cargo
- Personal de Fumigación. 1 a cargo
- Atender solicitudes del cliente.
- Seguimiento a inventarios, insumos de café, limpieza
- Cotizaciones
- Atención a las solicitudes de salas de juntas (servicio de coffee breake)
- Realizar reportes mensuales básicos
Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas
* B achillerato tecnológico
* E xperiencia mínimo de 2 años
