Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

  1. Develop and lead long term sourcing strategies
  2. Partner & engage with executives stakeholders
  3. Manage executive level, cross functional priorities and relationships to deliver sustainable year on year benefits on Productivity and Cash Flow and accomplish function strategic objectives.
  4. Develop internal capability and organization for Indirects

Your Impact:

As Supervisor Sr de Abast Global Ind your responsibilities would consist of

  1. Develop internal capability and organization for Indirects
  2. Lead Latam teams to develop and execute advantaged long-term sourcing strategy to deliver sustainable improvements in terms of cost, quality, service and innovation, in collaboration with local and regional executives.
  3. Understand key cost drivers, industry trends and best practices to design/implement the sourcing strategies for Services categories in scope for the position.
  4. Development, execution and follow up of cross-functional initiatives aimed to identify productivity opportunities aligned with the functional and sector business objectives
  5. Ensure contracts agenda in accordance with Global Procurement Policies and KPI’s
  6. Lead supplier performance and contract compliance
  7. Work closely Latam stakeholders to ensure deep understanding of functional needs and develop strategies to ensure maximum business value is generated from the procurement strategies for those categories in scope
  8. Enable breakthrough ideas capturing from suppliers and ensure their implementation improve value for Services, reduce Total Cost of Ownership and optimize cash flow
  9. Responsible for the development, execution and follow up of Risk Management initiatives aimed to reduce the supply risk (BCP), currency exposure and no sustainable supply practices
  10. Generate and analyze RFQ/bid proposals. Includes understanding and executing total cost of ownership analysis, risk analysis, supplier selection, cost negotiations, establishing contracts/non-disclosure agreements and ongoing strategic supplier development
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • BA/BS in Finance, Engineering degree, Master a plus.

Experience  

  • Excellent Functional knowledge (3 years+ in similar roles):  Depth of different aspects of Procurement such as sourcing, category management, processes and tools in a VUCA environment, preferably within Food & Beverage industry
  • Breath / Depth experience in sourcing processes and procurement best practices, with experience of implementing them in a global environment
  • Eeffective interpersonal skills – excellent negotiator and strong communication and influencing skills to all organizational levels.
  • High level of business acumen
  • Strong analytical & financial skills
  • Organizational savvy
  • Ability to translate complex situations into executive level communication
  • Ability to lead and influence teams based in different locations globally, whom not report directly to the position.
  • Results Oriented – comfortable setting and delivering against bold, stretch targets
  • Excellent language skills – Spanish & English essential, both verbal and in writing, Portuguese a plus
  • Comfortable working within complex matrix organization
